As a mother, wife, and small business owner, I know what it means to feel overwhelmed with being all things to those that need you. I have struggled with anxiety and perfectionism most of my adult life. I can be my own worst enemy.  In my constant battle to gain control of my household and life, I’ve tried many different systems and tools. Some worked, and some didn’t.
